Austen enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and helping them find the right solutions for their vehicles. He brings a strong background in vehicle mechanics and parts, giving him a solid technical foundation and attention to detail. Now, he’s excited to focus on what he calls “the fun part” of vehicle ownership: Enhancing performance, appearance, and overall driving experience through great audio.
Outside of work, Austen enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their six rescue dogs. In the summer, you’ll likely find him tinkering with his vintage Saab or heading out on a weekend trip to explore somewhere new.
