What Sets Audio Garage Apart on Paint Protection Film

December 4, 2019 By Nick Paulson Leave a Comment

Paint Protection FilmWhen it comes to choosing a retailer to install paint protection film on your car, truck or motorcycle, Audio Garage is your best choice in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Our experts have the tools, training and, most importantly, the experience required to ensure that your vehicle will look perfect when it rolls out of our shop and will continue to be protected for many years.

The Best PPF Materials

Our shop uses Suntek window tint and protection film products. We’ve tried almost every brand on the market and based on our first-hand experience, this is the best. The Suntek P Ultra has a high-gloss finish and protects your vehicle against stone chips, parking lot scuffs and stains from road tar or bird droppings. The finish on the Ultra film is so smooth, we’ve used it to restore the gloss to paint finishes.

Professional Paint Protection Film Installation

Paint Protection FilmJust as with our audio and convenience system installations, the result is only as good as the installation technician working on the vehicle. All of our paint film installations are handled exclusively by Nick, the owner of Audio Garage. Nick was one of the first people in the area to be formally trained and certified on paint film installations. His dedication to ensuring that your vehicle will be protected and look great for years starts with a thorough consultation and vehicle inspection. Only after all your concerns are addressed do we schedule an appointment to begin the vehicle preparation and film installation process.

Flawless Vehicle Preparation

Having spotless paint on your vehicle is mandatory for a quality installation. After thoroughly washing the vehicle, we go over the entire surface to inspect it for rail dust, fallout or embedded contaminants. We use a degreaser and wax remover as our first line of defense to make sure your paint is perfectly smooth. If required, we’ll use a clay bar to knock down and remove imperfections. The paint needs to be perfectly flat for the film to look its best and stay adhered to your vehicle.

A Perfect Installation That’s Never Rushed

Most shops spend between two and six hours installing paint film on a vehicle. In most cases, as soon as they are done, it’s dropped off at the dealership or handed back to the client with instructions not to wash it for a few days. At Audio Garage, once the film has been applied and the slip and tack solutions are squeegeed out, we monitor the film for the rest of the day to make sure it stays in place. We keep the vehicle overnight and give it one last inspection in the morning before delivery. We can check the entire installation and resolve any imperfections before it’s delivered to you.

Fargo’s Vehicle Protection and Enhancement Experts

If you’re shopping for paint protection film or are simply curious about how it can keep your car or truck looking as though it just rolled off of the assembly line, drop by Audio Garage in Fargo and speak with a member of our team. We’d be happy to explain how the film works and inspect your vehicle to provide you with a detailed quote to protect it. If you can’t stop by, give us a call or send our team an e-mail using our e-mail contact form.
